December 12th from 5-7pm Kathryn Bruni-Young will lead you through the most relaxing and rejuvenating self massage practice. Participants will leave feeling calm and limber, and will have the skills to practice self massage at home whenever they are in need of a little tune-up. This workshop is ideal for anyone interested in recovery, nervous system down regulation, enhancing mobility, reducing pain and moving well. No experience is necessary, participants must be able to get down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Participants will also leave with a Yoga Tune-Up Alpha Ball.
