Mindful Strength classes are held in the Williamstown Village, we host small group classes for people who want to practice smart movement and exercise in a supportive environment. Classes are open to people of all levels, no experience is necessary. There will be some up and down from the floor so please make sure you are comfortable with that. Classes are taught by Kathryn Bruni-Young and Kyle Pichie who both have over a decade of teaching experience, and are passionate about getting people moving better and feeling great.
This summer session runs from June 19 – July 19, there will be no classes in August. Students must sign up for the entire session.
