Interested in a new type of movement class that combines strength with yoga, pilates, stretching and more? Kathryn has been teaching for over a decade, she is the host of the Mindful Strength Podcast, she teaches on the faculty of five teacher certification programs, and she teaches annual workshops all over the world. In July Kathryn moved into Williamstown, and she is passionate about working with people to help them get moving in different ways. This session is geared towards all levels of students. There will be lots of time spent on the floor, as long as you are comfortable getting up/down from the ground you will love this class.
Thursday mornings, 9:30-10:45am. Studio will open around 9:15am. The address will be emailed out a few days before the start of the course. A small washroom will be available for use incase anyone needs to change.
Students must commit to the full six week session, no refunds will be given. If you can’t make it one week feel free to send a friend in your place.
