Kathryn and Kyle teach a handful of classes in their home studio in Williamstown Ontario. Classes are limited to eight people, and are a combination of resistance exercises, mobility, coordination and relaxation. Participants are welcome to move at their own pace in a friendly and encouraging environment. Please note that these classes are recorded and distributed through the Mindful Strength Virtual Studio, however most of the people in the class will not be on camera. Group classes range from $10-$12 per class.
