Weekly Webinars

Kathryn offers free webinars on a variety of topics including combining strength with yoga, specific strength development, body awareness, pulling progressions, mobility development and more.These interactive webinars welcome students to send in questions or comments.

Each webinar is recorded, and participants who sign-up will be added to the mailing list to receive notification when the webinar has been archived. Each webinar offers a brief introduction, stories from Kathryn’s practice and teaching and basic poses, exercises and movements that are outlined using photos and notes. Webinars with Kathryn are a great way to learn in simple and understandable terms.
