Kathryn and Kyle live in the tiny eastern Ontario village of Williamstown where they run a movement studio out of their house, produce a podcast and a virtual studio, garden (in the summer) and run their businesses. Kyle is the founder of the Cornwall Weightlifting Club and brings over ten years of strength training experience to the conversation.

This is the last episode of 2018! Kathryn and Kyle sat down to reflect on the year, their travels, what they have accomplished and where they are hoping to go in 2019. They both answered 15 questions focussing on a range of topics including the coolest thing they learned in 2018, best podcast, favourite person to learn from, best place to travel to, something they are happy about, new workout tips, how their movement practices have changed and so on. This is an informative yet fun conversation and we feel rounds off the year with some laughter and really great recommendations.
