Strength Training to Complement Asana FREE Webinar

This time of year I like to offer a free piece of education for all of you who have been following along. This year I want to do a webinar/Q&A on using strength training to complement yoga asana. Here’s what we will talk about during the webinar…

  • Why strength training and yoga are the perfect pair.
  • Pulling, variable movement, dynamic movement, joint prep, and other areas that compliment asana.
  • Ways to use weights, bands, and body weight to build strength.
  • How tissues adapt, and why we get stronger (or not).
  • Q&A (send in your questions or ask in person!)

I will plan to talk for around 30-45 minutes and then we can open it up to any additional questions. I look forward to connecting with you.
