Mindful Strength Semi-Private Personal Training

Beginning in January Kathryn will be leading a semi-private personal training group at a private gym in the Sandy Woods Estates just outside of Williamstown. This group training session will include weighted movements, higher intensity training done safely and mindfully, and functional movement with more personal attention. This group session is limited to four participants to ensure quality instruction. This session will also include a written program so you can continue your strength training at home if you like. Dates: Wednesday’s 9:30-10:30am from Jan 9-30th.

Please note that this facility is located on the second floor of a building.
