Mindful Strength Classes in Williamstown

Thursday July 25th – Thursday August 15th, 10:15-11:15am, $40 for all four classes (must pre-register online with this link) or $15 cash drop-in.

This class is a blend of strength, mobility and functional movement. Kathryn has been teaching for over a decade, her style of movement will help you build strength and feel more confident that your body can accomplish daily tasks with ease. Classes are an hour long and participants must bring their own yoga mat. Portions of the class will be standing, seated in a chair and on the floor, participants must be able to get up and down from the floor confidently, this class is done barefoot or in thin socks. Resistance bands will be used to build upper and lower body strength as well as core stability and range of motion. No experience is necessary.

Please note there is another class in the same space from 9-10am, please remain at the bottom of the stairs until 10:05 as to not disturb the class that is ending, thanks!

Classes are non-refundable. Classes are held at the Char Lan Recreation Centre in Williamstown. Important details will be emailed out the day prior to the start of the session.
