Mindful Strength Classes in Williamstown New Year Session

Hello and welcome,
My name is Kathryn and I teach a class at the Char-Lan Arena (upstairs) on Thursday mornings from 10;15-11:15am. My friend and wonderful physiotherapist Shannon Marion will be teaching three of the ten classes in this session. The class is a blend of yoga, mobility, functional movements and strength building. It is an inclusive space that welcomes people of all shapes and sizes, and ages. We use chairs, resistance bands, and yoga mats to strengthen and move the whole body in a way that will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the world.

- Confidence to help you move with more ease
- Awareness and the ability to relax
- Strength to do daily tasks
- A new love for exercise
All you need to bring is a yoga mat. I teach most of the classes, and my great friend Shannon Marion (Cornwall based physiotherapist) comes in to teach a few classes as well).
New Year Session Dates: Jan 9 – March 12 (10 class session)
You are welcome to sign up for the entire session, but if you can’t make it every week or you are just seeing this now feel free to sign up for 5 or drop in. We will help you get situated in the class.

All passes expire at the end of this session and may not be used in later sessions. Passes are transferable, if you can’t make it to a class you can send someone in your place.
