The Mindful Strength Virtual Studio is your one-stop-shop for a balanced approach to mindful movement that you can take with you wherever you go. I’ve been teaching small group classes in my own studio for three years and I’m excited to be opening the doors to the world so that everyone can join in.

The classes offered in the virtual studio form a well rounded mix of mindfulness, kettlebell strength, chair accessible practice, yoga and pilates inspired classes and restorative movement. As a member you will receive ten new classes each month that can be streamed online or downloaded, and they are yours to keep. Classes will range between 25-75 minutes long, many of them are recordings of my real-life classes, and others have been filmed specifically for this virtual studio.

This diverse online membership is perfect for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to long time teachers. With this membership you can practice with me (and a few special guests) as often as you want in a variety of modalities, because we know how important it is to mix it up!

About Kathryn

The Mindful Strength Studio has been running for three years, and although small classes looking out over the country side are wonderful for the eight people who live close by, we needed to fin a way to open these classes up to the world.

Kathryn is the founder of Mindful Strength, the host of the Mindful Strength Podcast, an international teacher and a creative thinker in the field of yoga and movement. With over a decade of teaching experience Kathryn has a passion for helping people feel strong and confident in their bodies, and helping teachers elevate their teaching strategies. Kathryn has been named one of the Fifteen Millennial Teachers to Watch by Yoga Journal Magazine. Her work is revolutionizing the world of yoga, mindful movement and fitness. Kathryn lives in the historic Williamstown (Ontario, Canada) village with her partner Kyle, and together they have put together this virtual studio.
