Weekend Workshops

Weekend workshops usually include between 10-12 hours of in class time, spread out over 2 days. Topics include, but not limited to, upper body strength, handstands and arm balancing, lower body strength, back bending pain free, core and breathing, body awareness and feeling the body, mobility within movement, combining strength practice with yoga asana, yoga and beyond.

Kathryn also offers 3-5 day intensives which can be geared towards more experienced practitioners, movement/fitness professionals and yoga teachers. In these classes a course manual will be provided, giving students some take home information.
