Kathryn Bruni-Young is an international teacher, the host of this popular podcast, and a creative thinker in the progressive yoga community. Kathryn leads worldwide workshops and teacher’s immersions that dive into strength, mobility, functional movement, and how they can compliment and impact the way we practice yoga asana.

Students routinely ask Kathryn why she doesn’t constantly cue the breath during classes, the differences between strength and stability, and how to add strength to classes in a safe way. Kathryn talks about strength and preparation as a means of creating a more safe practice, as opposed to strict alignment.
