Sara and Kathryn cover so much in this interview from how to pee and poo postpartum to breathing, yoga practice, the nervous system and what to expect after giving birth. Sara gives some great ideas on how to return to exercise, what muscles could be considered part of the core and what she has learned after birthing two babies herself. Sara talks about her TED talk, what inspired her to speak publicly about the postpartum experience and how we can better support people who have given birth. We have covered the core in other interviews, but haven’t gone deep into postpartum care in a long time.
